Middle distance runners Hellen Obiri and Sifan Hassan grabbed the headlines in a magic 37th edition of the Golden Gala Pietro Mennea. Italian sprint sensation Filippo Tortu thrilled the enthusiastic Rome fans by setting a 200m personal best of 20.34 in the men’s 200 metres.
